Position 1 : Business Analysts: Conduct thorough analysis of the existing systems supporting the business processes. Develop Detailed Functional Requirements from the user requirements to support the existing business functionality using RequisitePro. Involved in requirements validation sessions and various Requirement walk-through’s to validate the user and business requirements using RequisitePro and HP Quality Center. Prepared flow charts and design flows using Microsoft Visio. Responsible for generating reports by writing SQL Queries and extracting data from MS Access and DB2. Customized the Quality Center Requirements and Defect modules to meet the project specific needs, by using VBScript. Responsible for uploading the Requirements and Test Cases from MS Word/ Excel to Quality Center. Responsible for customizing the tools like Quality center, QC Sync server and RequisitePro to the project specific needs. Responsible for developing Quick Test Professional (QTP) scripts for automating the SSNAP application as part of the regression testing and to support the upcoming releases. Responsible for gathering the requirements for DACUS EDR and Enumeration at Entry (EAE) expansion projects and training the team for documenting the requirements in RequisitePro. Responsible for creating the test scenarios for DACUS EDR and EAE expansion projects. Responsible for Database validation by using QMF, SPUFI, and FILEAID, and responsible for validating flat files (data files).Worked on migrating data for ReqPro project database from MS Access to SQL Server. Develop MS Project schedule to create SNAPP project activities and assisted customer in tracking the progress.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Business/Science/Computers related. 2 yrs of work experience as a Computer Software Professional. Expertise in systems analysis & design, RDBMS, MIS, ERP, UML, Visio, Requisite Pro, DB2, Oracle 9i, SQL Server, QTP, and Quality Center,

Position 2 : .NET Developers: Develop, configure, deploy, test, and support a distributed application that includes .NET, Java, and Web Components. Ability to analyze requirements and convert them as technical solutions. Current working experience in .NET development, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, VB, XML, XSLT, and XHTML. Proficiency in VB Script, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, and SQL.Demonstrated proficiency in ADO.NET Fundamentals. Experience in Visual Studio 2005 and 2008, (Microsoft Office integration with Visual Studio). Experience in SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Experience with SQL Server database design and development including database views, triggers and rules, stored procedures on the SQL Server platform. Experience with Web Standards, Classic Web Development Concepts. Experience in developing system architecture diagrams and design specifications. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards, code consistency and maintainability.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years of development experience with current technology, including Web development experience using .NET technologies. Working knowledge of SQL 2005/2008 including development of Stored Procedures/Triggers/Reports and working knowledge of performance tuning concepts.

Relocation in USA Possible. 40 Hrs/wk/ Mon to Fri 8.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
